If you have a query with your Mocad in the UK please telephone Customer Care at 0044 (0)208 5158181 or if you have a query in the Republic or Northern Ireland please call customer care at 00353 21 4250200. If you have purchased your Mocad in another country please select Mocad World Wide Button and refer to your relevant distributor.
Our Customer Care team will try to diagnose your query over the phone as 95% of queries can be resolved in this way and this will allow you the Golfer to get back on the course as quickly as possible. If our Customer Care team diagnoses that you need to be sent a part we will dispatch it within 24-48hours with easy to follow instructions.
If your query persists our Customer care team can arrange to have your Trolley collected and serviced within 5-7 working days. However, Mocad reserves the right to determine the most effective and appropriate remedy for a query under warranty.
The Mocad Warranty is 12 months from original Date of Purchase covering manufacturing defects to the Trolley, Battery or Charger. However any breakages, caused by accidental damage, commercial use (hiring of Mocad Trolley) or undue care are not covered.
N.B – Please note if your Trolley needs to be serviced or requires a part to be dispatched and you have not registered and returned your Warranty Card to the relevant After Sales Service Centre (as directed) by post you will need to provide some proof of purchase. You will also require your Trolley to be boxed (preferable the original Mocad Carton)
