Q. What is included in the box?
Every new Mocad Purchase comes with:

*Note: The Warranty Card must be completed in full and sent back to the appropriate address. Otherwise we can only cover a trolley under warranty once an original proof of purchase has been forwarded.

Q. What Warranty comes with a Mocad?
All parts on the trolley along with the battery and charger are covered by a full 12 month warranty from Original Date of Purchase. Replacement parts do not come with a 12 month Warranty unless paid for separately.

Q. What are the battery charging & care instructions?
This is new 12 Volt 22 Amp battery (Mocad Max) with a unique formula for longer life. It is very important to read the following instructions.

On receipt of your 12 Volt 22 Amp Mocad Max battery charge the battery for 10 to 12 hours before use.

After a round of golf charge the battery as soon as possible. It is not good for the battery’s life to leave it discharged for more than 24 hours.

After a full charge (10-12 hours) un-plug the battery from both the mains and the charger.

Re-charge the battery for a full 10-12 hours before its next use.

It is very important during warmer conditions to open the flap of the battery bag during charging to allow ventilation to the battery.

During a charge the light on the charger will turn from red to green. This does not mean that the battery is fully charged. Allow 10-12 hours for a full charge.

It is extremely important to re-charge the battery at least once a month. It is not good for the battery’s life to leave it un-charged for longer than a month even if it is fully charged at the outset of the month.

The Mocad Max battery is designed to give you the Golfer a comfortable round of golf no matter how long or how hilly the golf course is. There is a Limiter built into the controller, which will stop the battery from draining its voltage. This is a safety device to safeguard the battery as reducing the voltage in a battery below a certain level will shorten the battery’s life.

Keep the battery in a dry environment but away from excessive heat and cold and from dampness. The ideal environment is a garage but it should not be placed on a stone floor especially during winter months. The battery should not be kept in the booth of a car for longer than necessary.

The battery should not be dropped or hit against solid objects.
The battery is guaranteed for a full 12 months from the date of purchase.

Q. How many holes will a battery last on the one charge?
The 22amp battery supplied with the Mocad is designed to provide the Golfer with a comfortable round of golf on any 18 Hole Golf course.

Q. What is the maximum weight allowed for my bag, clubs and clothes?
We recommend that the weight of your golf bag, clubs and accessories do not exceed 15kg.

Q. How long does it take to charge a battery?
Allow 10-12 hours for a full charge
The Charger Light will go to Red initially and then to Green.
The Red Light indicates a fast rate of Charge
The Green Light indicates a slow rate of Charge. N.B The Green Light does not mean the Battery is fully charged.

Q. Should I purchase a second battery?
A second battery should only be purchased if you were to play over 18 holes in the one day.

Q. Do I need to retain my Mocad Carton?
Yes, for future servicing, it is important to retain the original Mocad Carton.

Q. What is the procedure should a problem arise with the Mocad?
Every new Mocad trolley, Battery and Battery Charger comes with a one-year’s warranty from original Date of Purchase. If any problem should occur during that period, or afterwards, please contact us at the appropriate office. Please ensure that you have completed and returned your Warranty Card. If you have not registered you Warranty card please ensure you have a copy of the original proof of purchase details ready on hand.
